Meet West-End. Sea what we did here? West-End, located near the beach in the lovely coastal town Westende, is targeted at the middle class looking to invest in real estate.
Yntro was looking for an appropriate branding to promote their new quality residence. The building was still work in progress, so only renders were available.
STUDIO KELF built the new identity from scratch. From logo type to visual identity, from advertising to a clarifying one page website. The logo type is a wink to the permanently present sunset at the Belgian coast. The colors were derived from Mother Nature, an asset Yntro would like to highlight. The wide font and a lot of white space ensured a luxurious appearance.
Shortly after the launch of the visual identity and linked advertising, the sale of the units in West-End boomed. Mission accomplished.
